Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Supplement orders over $99 ship free within the US. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I pick up my order?

In-store pickup is available for supplements. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.

Subscribe and save

How does subscribe and save work?

Choose Subscribe and save on a product page, pick how often you'd like it delivered, and save on every delivery. Your order arrives automatically, so you don't run out.

Can I skip, pause or cancel?

Yes. You can skip a delivery, pause or cancel anytime from your account.

Where can I see the ingredients?

Every product page shows the full supplement facts panel and suggested use, so you can check exactly what's inside before you buy.

What does whole food mean?

Whole food supplements are made from foods such as fruits, vegetables and sprouts rather than isolated synthetic nutrients. Several of our products, including our multivitamin, B-complex and vitamin C, are whole food based. Each product page tells you how it's made.

Which products should I start with?

That depends on your needs. Our Daily foundations collection covers the everyday basics. If you're not sure what fits you, send us a message and we'll help you find your way.

Are your products vegan or gluten free?

It depends on the product. Check the label and the supplement facts on each product page, or ask us.

Should I talk to my doctor before taking supplements?

If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, please talk to your doctor before starting any supplement.
