How It All Started

Our story began long before our first supplement was ever sold.

For nearly two decades, our founder, Bo, has dedicated his career to helping people improve their health, strength, and quality of life.

What began as a passion for fitness turned into a career as a traveling personal trainer, followed by managing a fitness facility and eventually opening his own personal training studio.

Throughout those years, clients, friends, and family regularly turned to Bo for advice about nutrition, health, and supplements.

He spent countless hours researching ingredients, comparing products, and learning from healthcare and nutrition professionals to help people make better-informed decisions.

But one challenge kept coming up.

While there were trustworthy supplement brands available, finding products with the ingredients, formulations, and standards he wanted wasn't always easy.

Some contained unnecessary additives. Others had formulations that didn't meet his expectations. And sometimes, the products he felt most comfortable recommending were difficult to find.

Eventually, a simple question changed everything:

What if we could offer supplements we'd feel confident taking ourselves, recommending to our clients, and sharing with our own families?

That question became the foundation of Bo-Fit Nutrition.

Building Bo-Fit Nutrition meant making choices that weren't always the easiest or most profitable.

Working with our manufacturing partner, we carefully evaluate available formulations and select products that align with our philosophy.

We prioritize whole-food-derived ingredients where appropriate, thoughtful formulations, meaningful dosages, and avoiding unnecessary additives whenever possible.

We believe every ingredient should have a purpose.

Sometimes that means choosing more expensive options or accepting smaller profit margins. And sometimes it means deciding not to offer a product at all.

Because we'd rather offer fewer products we truly believe in than a larger catalog we can't confidently stand behind.
